HR EXECUTIVE REQUIRED IN DUBAI

The main responsibilities of the role:
Location: Dubai
Recruitment:
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly.
• Facilitating newcomers joining formalities o Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly.
• Processing new / renewal staff documents (Visa, Labor, EID, Insurance, Etc..)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Designing compensation and benefits packages.
• Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
• Preparing Leave salary / Final Settlement
• Staff Annual Ticket booking / Arrange Emergency leave ticket/compensation details
• Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
Employee Relationship:
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Accommodation Issue / Accommodation Report View
• Employee Cash Advance / Loan Arrangements
• Arranging Allowances (Transportation, Accommodation)
Attendance:
• Overall attendance checking:
• Maintain warning letter issued reports
• Prepare the deduction sheet eve month 02nd and forward to accounts to take effect in the payroll:
• Applied deductions for Late / Absents / decilipinary action
• Prepare the overall attendance reports.
Other HR Activities:
• Preparing the monthly reports
• Issuing all types of certificates/letters (NOC, Experience, offer, warning.
• Maintaining MD & his family documents
• Processing Staff performance Evaluation
• Staff Exit Procedure
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Solid communication skills
• Brilliant reporting and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge with SAP –HRMS Software
• Attention to detail Multi-Tasker, able to handle the pressure
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent database management and record-keeping skills
• Decent knowledge and understanding of various employment laws and practices
