Delivery Driver Required in Dubai

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Flower Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering flowers to our customers in a timely and professional manner. The Flower Delivery Driver will work closely with our floral designers and customer service team to ensure that orders are accurately filled and delivered to the correct location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport flowers to customers.
Load and unload flower arrangements and related products into the delivery vehicle.
Plan the most efficient delivery route to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Review orders for accuracy and completeness before leaving the shop.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner when delivering flowers.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
Report any delivery issues or discrepancies to management promptly.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the delivery vehicle.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Prior experience in flower delivery or a related field is a plus.
English language is required
