Customer Service Specialist Required in Dubai

- Fluent of read, write and speak in mandarin is a must (8/10)
- Willing to be based in Dubai, UAE
- Age range around 20 - 30 years old, have no experience of going abroad, and have a high school degree or above.
- Willing to work on 12 hours shift
- Experience as customer service or call center role in service industry would be an additional advantage
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Strong communication adaptability, expressive ability, strong thinking ability, a strong sense of obedience, optimistic and cheerful

The scope of work:

- Manage large amounts of email and live chat from users based in Chines speaking country
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify and assess customers issue and provide solutions according to company standards
- Generate sales leads by cross-selling to customers with updated / promotion package
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
