Position Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Client:
A well-known manufacturer of perfumes and cosmetics.
Job Description:
Interact directly with customers via e-mail, phone & social media
Review all posts and comments shared by customers on social media like Instagram and Facebook and provide positive compliments to customers, or answer any questions
Handle all “offline” sales in Middle East & Internationally and respond to any purchases that are made via phone, email and social media
Provide correct pricing and product information to customers
Handle translation (English - Arabic and vice versa) for operations department and when requested
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters or other related degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar role and preferred candidate who is well versed in Arabic/English reading and writing
