Customer Service Coordinator Required in Dubai

• Attending front desk.

• Keeping record, Filling & keep track on License due dates.

• Attending all customer’s requests and inquiries via Phone, mail, etc.

• Execute secretarial duties and data entries in the system.

• Generate and follow up on supplier purchase orders.

• Preparing Invoices for stock transfer

• Releasing ATCC on hand for delivery to Customers

• Preparing quotation.

• Receive customer complaints and forward it to concerned department.

• Assist in releasing some medical items in co-ordination with given companies

• Preparing Purchase orders for consumable & raw materials used by production team in other company

• Generating new codes for new products.

• In-charge for Gate pass application ( Goods and Person ) inside JAFZA.

• In-charge of getting necessary online attestation from Chamber of commerce .

• Arranging & co-ordination with concerned parties with regards to Maintenance, Pest Control, Firefighting system, etc.

• Replacing the customer service supervisor on all his duties and responsibilities while he is on leave.

Requirements

• Age below 30 years

• Gender female

• Hard worker, high analytical skills & follow-up

• Acceptable appearance & high hygiene level

• Valid Driving License
