Tasks:
Ensure team follows customer service processes; from the entry of the order to the delivery of the goods
Supervise the team to achieve the best results according to the established KPIs
Determine the best solutions for issues, if any, escalated by customers
Liaise with stakeholders to meet and exceed their expectations
Ensure quality and regulatory compliance according to applicable local regulatory laws and policies
Requirements:
3 years of expirience as a same position
Previous experience whit Food and Beverages Industry
Fluent in English
