Customer Service Assistant Required in Dubai - Dubai

The Role

Working with world class global brands and operating within a dynamic team in an environment where luxury meets excitement, your role will be to support a team in all operational aspects of a premier liquor retail destination in Dubai. Your role will be to assist the management team whilst learning how to facilitate the successful running of a large store. Responsibilities include enhancing customer experience, improving product displays, and maximizing sales in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Promote key services and meet sales targets.
Retail cashier service
Manage stock and cash control.
Implement health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years retail cashier experience
Proficiency in handling customer interactions
Strong communication skills
Demonstrable integrity and work ethic

Desirable Skills and Experience:

WSET qualification (Wine & Spirit Education Trust)
