Customer Care Agent - Dubai

We are a e-commerce company based in Dubai and we are looking for a young, energetic, hardworking and enthusiastic person to join our Customer Service Team.

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for the following:
• Receiving customer requests and calling customers via email/phone; handling customers with professionalism and respect; ensuring their requests are fulfilled on time, and all service levels are met
• Liaising with our partners to support us in fulfilling customer requests.
• Conducting surveys with customers after requests are fulfilled to ensure their satisfaction
• Providing daily reports on your performance

Please apply if you meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Call Center/ Customer Service Center/ Business Center as a customer service agent (inbound or outbound calls).
• Experience in Call Centers that serve Global Brands (e.g. Banks, IT, Telecom companies) is a plus
• Prior experience in making outbound sales calls via a Call Center is a plus
• FLUENT written and spoken Arabic and English. Speaking Hindi is a plus.
• Able to handle pressure well, and able to multi-task
• Comfortable using the following Microsoft tools: Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Great, outgoing personality, and a team player
