CONCIERGE Required in Dubai

• Responsible for monitoring visitors and contractors coming in and out of the building, making sure they sign in and out.
• Co-ordinate with the Facilities Manager in regards to contractors working in the building and checking their permits to work.
• Assist customers with personal services and requests.
• Arrange and advise on transportation options.
• Monitor guest requests for housekeeping and building maintenance.
• Take messages for guests/ residents and provide general customer service to tenants.
• Knowledge of the local area including various amenities, restaurants and tourists’ sites.
• Complete reports on the building as per the Facilities Managers requirements.
• Ensure you maintain courteous and professional at all times and presented well.
• Carry out, to the best of your ability, any task given to you
• Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labour law
