Requirements Education: High school diploma required, Security background through either hotels or police/military. Experience: At least 5 years of experience of corporate security/law enforcement/hotel security/military Technical/ functional. Competencies: To fill this position the candidate must have a security or safety background. Ideally coming from a hotel security/policing/military background with experience of dealing with customers and external partners. Good communication skills are essential as the role holder will often be the most senior security person on duty and must be able to communicate with ExCom level management.
