Commis Chef Required in Dubai

We are looking for Commis Chef for one of a Top class restaurant located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:

Measuring meal ingredients, plating, and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions.
Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of excellent quality.
Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.

Requirements Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts

Gender: Female

Experience: At least 1 - 2 years

Benefits Salary: AED 1800 - AED 2000

Other benefits: Will be discussed in the interview.
