Coffee Shop Supervisor Required in Dubai
Ensure that all staff under his team fully understood all policies, programs and standards for the efficiency and performance of cafe team members.
Enforce and maintain excellent customer service standards for entire cafe staff.
Responsible for creating wait staff schedules and finding fill-in staff when needed. Responsible for making sure that inventory was always at its proper levels.
Take responsibility for the smooth running of the Café, including setting up and clearing up.
Order goods and manage stock control within company procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role
Immediate joiners are preferred
