Client Experience Executive Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key Accountabilities:

Listen and understand Clients’ requests and concerns.
Own Clients request till closure by the Client.
Coordinate internally and externally to reach a satisfactory outcome.
Answer, guide, and/or resolve their requests to the set standards or better.
Manage Clients’ escalation, ensuring satisfactory outcomes to the Client within allowed policies and procedures.
Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager/team leader as needed.

To Join our team, you will have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2+ years in a similar operational role.
Experience working in call center operations.
Knowledge of operational systems to execute transactions including ERP, Zoho, Microsoft Office, etc.
Excellent communicate skills with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving capability.
Result oriented.

Language skills:

English.
Any second language is desirable.
