Job Description:

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Chinese dishes using traditional Chinese cooking techniques and recipes
Clean, chop, and slice a variety of ingredients, such as vegetables, meats, and seafood, in preparation for cooking
Work with other team members to plan the menu, ensuring that the dishes are balanced in terms of flavor, texture, and ingredients
Manage the kitchen and ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met
Must keep up with current food trends and innovations in the industry to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in the similar role
