Job Description:

Train and supervise kitchen stewards
Enforce proper cleaning routines for service wares, equipment, floors, etc
Ensure that all materials, utensils and areas in the kitchen are inspected and cleaned properly according to standards
Monitor and report necessary repairs, replacement or maintenance in any equipment and facility in the kitchen
Ensures that the kitchen is well-stocked with all necessary cleaning and maintenance materials and equipment

Qualifications:

Diploma or any relevant certificates
At least 2 years UAE experience in the same role from high-end or fine dining restaurant
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
