Chief Accountant Required in Dubai

Robert Walters are working with an FMCG business who are looking for a Chief Accountant to join the team. As the Chief Accountant you will be responsible for; managing the accounting department and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Manage cash flow and forecasting
Coordinate and manage audits with external auditors

Requirements

Big 4 and Inudstry experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
ACCA, ACA, CPA qualified.
Minimum of 10 years experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
