Preparing General ledger and Financial Statement for the company for monthly and yearly report.
Preparing staff salaries and co ordinate with HR payroll officer to process the staff wps salary through bank and Al Ansari Exchange
Booking and Filing VAT for the company as per the UAE law .
Managing accounts payables cashiers, assistant accountants & accountants and supporting them.
Reviewing payment reports to ascertain status of payments and balances outstanding and evaluating effectiveness of current payment policies and procedures.
Supervising the account payables staff in preparing payments as per schedule approved by CFO and management and reporting to Deputy CFO.
Overseeing/Performing the process of payments, cash Application, credit management and status of invoices in accordance with specific deadlines.
Managing the monthly reconciliation of other AP related accounts (such as PDCs unrecorded by suppliers/sub-contractors, booking cost against invoices, writing off advances against work certified e.t.c.)
Monitoring/reconciling suppliers’ accounts details for advances payments, retentions, deductions, variations e.t.c. and coordinating with sub-contractors.
Generating and analyzing PDCs report as required by management to ensure availability of funds.
Reviewing current policies and procedures and modifying as necessary to ensure most efficient and effective methods are being employed.
Preparing AP schedules and cash flow forecasts used for internal and external reporting.
Preparing Ad-hoc Reports as requested by Deputy CFO and CFO.
Preparing MIS
Requirements
Degree in MBA- Finance.
Min. 8 plus years of experience in similar role in the UAE.
Industry: Real Estate or Construction.
Accounting Software Knowledge.
Tally ERP, MS Office particularly Excel, SAGE,EPMS, Xpedion
