Charter Sales Expert Required in Dubai - Dubai

We are seeking a highly experienced Charter Sales Expert with over 10 years of proven success in the aviation industry. This role requires a strong background in cargo & private charter operations, extensive industry knowledge, and a track record of driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of freight logistics, luxury travel services, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the cargo charter market and fostering long-term partnerships with high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to grow the cargo and private charter business and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding, logistics, and industrial sectors.
Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and luxury travel agencies.
Build and maintain relationships with cargo brokers, freight forwarders, shippers, and other potential clients.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and flight planning, to ensure seamless execution of cargo charter services.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote services and expand business reach.

Skills and Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in cargo and private charter sales or related roles within the aviation industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Extensive network of contacts within the cargo and private charter market, including cargo brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies.
Strong understanding of freight logistics, air cargo regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
