Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre Agent-Property Coordinator located in Abu Dhabi Emirate,. The Call Centre Agent-Property Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to client emails and enquiries, and coordinating property viewings and inspections. The candidate will also be expected to maintain accurate records and handle associated administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic-Jordanian -Palestine Nationalities
Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a real estate or property management environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high pressure situations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Knowledge of real estate and property management processes is preferred
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Flexibility in terms of working hours, including some weekends and evenings
