Call Center Specialist Required in Dubai

Responsibilities

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support

• Call clients and customers to inform them about the new launches, properties & developers.

• Guide callers through all Projects, Payment Plans, & Floor Plans.

• Make at least 400-500 Calls every day.

• Collaborate with other professionals in office to improve customer service.

• Help the office employees to add new listings in system, Help Receptionist when she needs. and Help Other agents to find new properties.

Qualifications

• Technical expert with respect to computer applications.

• Ideally real estate call center experience in Dubai

• Able to react effectively and calmly in phone calls at the time of assured urgency. A patient and empathetic attitude.

• Able to maintain confidentiality.

• Excellent organizational skills, strong time management and communication skills including verbal with proper grammar.

• Adaptability and flexibility. Comfortable working in shifts.
