Showroom Supervisor Required in Dubai
Experience:
6 years in UAE as retail showroom manager or supervisor in leading sales and operations
Experience in perfume or cosmetics industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the sales figures against the forecasts, analyze and interpret trends and capitalize on the data to maximize sales and profits.
Set the objectives and budgets for own team members and ensure their accomplishment
Responsible for coaching and training own team members, and formalize and follow up on each team member’s Individual Development Plan, in coordination with the employee and HR.
Prepare and organize sales promotional activities in conjunction with the Operations, Buying and Marketing team, monitor the performance and drive the team to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved.
Manage stock takes in store in liaison with the operations manager.
Enter all received goods in the system and ensure proper record of all stock movements.
Order and replenish all goods to avoid any out of stock situation
Ensure the store is merchandised commercially and visually as per the guidelines provided by operations manager.
Maintain optimum stock levels in store through monitoring stock and placing orders with the Purchase department.
Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints.
Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example on the sales floor. Deal with customer complaints effectively and promptly
Ensure building, maintaining and using the customer data base.
Achieve excellent standards of customer service in the department by directing and coaching the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor.
Prepare schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff.
Manage, engage and guide the team reporting to them.
Conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competition’s activity
Monitor performance of the sales staff, provide regular feedback and guidance on performance related issues, and ensure the staff is equipped with the relevant tools to maximize performance.
Follow up on different issues with Mall Management such as mall promotions, permits, security, etc
Coordinate with the back office, logistics, marketing and merchandizing team regarding new launches, in store animation or renovation and provide feedback accordingly.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, clean and organized wrap stands, fitting rooms and stock areas.
