Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Butler with 5-star hospitality background and luxury Hotel experience to look after our C-Suite and VIP guests and provide 5-star luxury service.
Responsibilities
To be an ambassador of the venue and the office, in and outside the workplace.
To provide a personalized VIP service to our Company Executives and all the guests, fully aware and following the 5-star standards and procedures.
To have full knowledge of all services and facilities of the business unit.
To ensure that all guests are welcomed at the welcome area and escorted to the right meeting venue, refreshments and drinks are offered.
Ensures refills are offered on a timely manner and meetings rooms are at their best condition.
To follow up on all guest requests in a professional and efficient manner.
To personally greet and escort the guests rather than pointing out directions.
To ensure that the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information is respected.
To ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace through own responsibility.
To manage Executive team and VIP guests' concerns in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guest’s satisfaction and recording it.
To contact HR & Admin team if a complaint needs to be escalated.
To ensure a proper use of the telephone etiquette as per standard.
To naturally use guest name during each interaction.
To understand that guests are individuals, not room numbers.
Inspects all meeting rooms and CEO's suites prior to their arrival to ensure all preferences are met and amenities are in place and in good condition.
To work closely with HR & Admin team and office service teams involved to coordinate/perform/promote the efficient smooth working environment.
Takes care of communication device and tools provided to perform daily tasks.
Uses provided communication device professionally and exclusively for operational related activities.
Receives and prepares shift handover without exception.
Makes sure Butler pantries are clean, organized and well maintained at all times.
Reports any maintenance faults or damage to equipment or furniture found on hotel areas or guest rooms to the engineering department and follow-up with the status.
Qualifications
Extremely strong aptitude for customer service.
Luxury 5-star Hotel background or similar experience is must.
Excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills with an outgoing personality and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Efficient communication and detail-oriented organization skills; ability to handle multiple tasks at once and follow-up whenever needed.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a pleasant personality and ability to exercise initiative.
Ability to communicate via phone, email, text instant message, fax and manage communication in cooperation with peers using proper business language skills.
Flexible schedule in order to meet demands of VIP customers.
Ability of dealing with high demand customers and VIP guests.
Previous experience in 5-star luxury hospitality or concierge services or guest service is a must.
