Business Development Manager Required in Dubai
Position Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) holds the responsibility for growing the business relationship of CSI's existing technology partners as well as bringing in new clients.
Being a team player, the BDM will not only play a key role in building and cultivating relationships but also collaborate with technology partners to create innovative, high quality solutions to meet client's need. To do this effectively, the BDM will also need to collaborate with cross-functional teams (account teams, pre-sales, delivery solutioning, etc) internally.
The role is focused on two areas:
Financial Services Industry in the South East Asia region
Key technology partners with the focus to grow and expand the business
Requirements
Minimum 7+ years working experience in Business Development (with min 3+ years in IT Industry)
Experience in sales, pre-sales or IT product development
Strong market, IT delivery and technical knowledge in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Fluent in Mandarin and Arabic. Good communications skills in English
Work location : Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities
Acquire new accounts and identify new opportunities
Building and Maintaining long-lasting customer relationships
Lead Point of Contact for all matters specific to the customers
Handling customer account management, including contract negotiations and agreement
Managing portfolio of accounts
Attending client meetings and delivering sales presentation
Collaborate cohesively with internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for annual sales target
Understand the current IT industry and competitor trend, research and identify business opportunities
Any other tasks assigned by Regional General Manager

Critical thinker with the ability to provide real-time analysis and recommendations during meetings
Aggressive executor, takes ownership for outcomes and wants to move fast and believes the company can be doing a lot more
Strong team player with ability to liaise with diverse set of internal stakeholders to design and deliver powerful sales pitches
Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels especially at senior levels
Strong learning orientation, continuously looking out for opportunities to learn and improve and staying abreast of the latest in industry and technology
Strong sales DNA, comfortable with price negotiations, can handle rejections, adaptable, strong persuasion capabilities
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
Positive attitude, passionate and excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Arabic (for UAE market)
