We’re looking for a seasoned and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves growing the business, nurturing existing client relationships, and creating innovative marketing strategies.

You should have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within an Interior business / Fit-Out business
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
