Padel 23 is a brand new business. We are opening 2 venues with a total of 10 padel courts in Ripe Market and Festival City respectively.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (located in Dubai with some remote work) for a Business Development Manager at Padel 23. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across 2 locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. The company is offering a competitive salary + excellent OTE bonus potential. This role is suitable for a hard working candidate who can display a proactive approach to increasing revenue with creative and innovative ideas.

Qualifications/ Expectations

Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the [industry/sector] is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferred but not necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience of working in a BDM or sales role in sports/ fitness industry preferred
This role will require some travelling between the 2 locations and for other B2B meetings, so someone with their own mode of transport is preferred
Strong fluency in English is essential, conversational skills in Arabic and Russian preferred
Proficient in the use of social media and creating reels and engaging content on a daily basis
