Responsibilities:
Motivating, training and handling team members in order to improve their sales performance;
Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings and achieving targets;
Reporting on sales activities to senior management;
Compiling and analyzing sales figures;
Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team;
Overseeing day-to-day operation.
Qualifications:
Sales experience in real estate in Dubai 2+ year NECESSARILY;
Managing role in real estate 1+ year;
Understanding of modern investment products and tools in the real estate market;
Building long-term and productive relationships with clients and team;
Knowledge of an additional language will be an advantage.
