Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to target and engage potential clients, including real estate brokers and developers in the UAE.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, utilizing various approaches such as industry events, cold-calling, and in-person meetings.
Articulate the value proposition of PropertyGuru.ae to potential clients, emphasizing its unique features and competitive advantages.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as revenue growth and client retention, and make data-driven adjustments to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and its key players.
Experience in commercializing similar platforms in the UAE, coupled with an extensive network and contacts within the real estate industry.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives, with at least 3+ years of experience in the UAE real estate sector.
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable.
Additional Pre-requisite:
Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively, with at least 1-2 years of managerial experience.
