Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities

In collaboration with the top management, develop & implement a comprehensive sales & marketing strategy that aligns with the defined goals and target market to provide architecture & interior designing services for luxury homes, commercial offices, hospitality & retail space.
Leverage the existing network to connect with the potential clients.
Build rapport with & develop strong relationships with the key decision makers.
Identify referral partners & create a win-win proposition for developing business through them.
Identify opportunities for increasing the brand awareness. Suggest platforms, industry events, conferences/ seminars to participate in.
Generate leads through various channels.
Present BNK group’s services, capabilities, and past projects to prospective clients through meetings & discussions.
Develop credibility & trust within the potential clients & referral partners.
With inputs from internal stakeholders, develop proposals addressing the specific needs of potential clients.
Negotiate contracts with clients & ensure they are mutually beneficial.
Communicate the client expectations and project requirements to the internal teams effectively.
Work closely with the design teams to ensure alignment between client needs and project execution.
Ensure timely receipt of payments from the clients, as per the mutually agreed milestones.
Ascertain that the clients are happy working with BNK group & eventually become brand ambassadors, thereby referring the firm to their contacts.
Keep gathering updates & information to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential strategic regions/areas.
Analyze the competitive landscape & provide inputs to the top management for gaining a competitive advantage in the identified geographical region.
Create & maintain the database of potential clients, referral partners & project pipeline.
Post updates in the CRM on a regular basis.
Provide MIS reports to the management on timely basis, thereby giving insights on the current status & future projections.

Qualifications

Graduation in any stream
Around 10 to 12 years in the architecture & interior designing industry or experience in handling & servicing HNI / UHNI clients
Proficiency in English & Arabic languages is a must.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Self-driven & proactive in approach.
Persistent, with a positive attitude.
Good network of HNI/UHNI & Corporate Clients
