Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the MENA region and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, with experience in building and managing sales pipelines, onboarding franchisees, and driving business growth in new markets. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing franchisee partners, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring the successful launch of DRIFE in their respective cities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to expand DRIFE's presence in the MENA region and abroad.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging both inbound interest and proactive outreach.
Identify potential franchisee partners and conduct thorough market research to assess market viability.
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for franchisees, from initial application to soft launch.
Educate stakeholders on the DRIFE business model and value proposition, effectively articulating the benefits of becoming a DRIFE franchisee.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new franchisees into the DRIFE ecosystem.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of expansion efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the ride-hailing industry and market dynamics in the MENA region.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective expansion strategies.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
