We are looking for a highly self-motivated and professional individual to take over as the Business Development Executive. This role requires someone who can manage their workload and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing currency exchange company with excellent career progression.

About You:
Previous successful experience in sales, customer service.
Experience in real estate is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
Can generate quality new leads.
Advanced English.
The ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships internally and externally.

We are offering:
You will be working not only on UAE market but also with Europe, UK, US.
In our industry the real wealth is generated on commissions, and therefore we offer a base salary up to 10, 000 AED plus + 10 % commissions (no cap) on all new business that you bring to the company.
Inhouse training, weekly coaching and mentoring, monthly team building events.
You will be responsible for the whole process from generating new leads to meetings with clients and closing the deal.
Business trips to Europe.
Central Dubai office in JLT (Monday - Friday).
Employment Visa and Health Insurance.

With our training, commission structure, and excellent reviews from clients, you will be able to earn AED 35,000 - 40,000 monthly and more.
