* Acquiring new clients in the local market and initiating first contact.

* Conducting phone calls, correspondence, and meetings with potential clients

* Recognition of client's needs and advice on the proposed solutions

* Preparation of contracts, offers, and commercial presentations.

* Maintaining and developing relationships with clients.

* Implementation of sales plans.

* Ownership and responsibility of Sales of IT contracting, IT Outsourcing (IT staff augmentation/team extension, body leasing/team leasing).

* Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
