Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Barista at Caketealicious Pastry Preparing located in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, such as coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and fulfilling orders, operating equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role
Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and techniques
Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle cash transactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
