Designed with LW Design Group, the hotel features 275 guestrooms and suites. The property is home to multiple food and beverage outlets, pool, spa and fitness center, in addition to dynamic events spaces boasting meeting rooms and a flexible ballroom.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Organizes the Restaurant and Bar under his/her responsibility

Increase the captage/sleeper diner ratio and food and beverage revenue through his/her sales actions

Follows brand standards

Organizes and checks the team's work

Ensures information is properly passed on to the team (briefings/debriefings with kitchen staff )

Manages the flow of guests, placement at tables and reservations

Organizes the Bar under his/her responsibility

Charisma and confidence to lead front of house and engage with both customers and the team

The ability to solve problems and take responsibility on shift

A passion for the service industry

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be from hospitality background
Prior experience in a supervisory position
