Assistant Accountant Required in Dubai
A well-established organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support its finance and accounting operations. Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
Record invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Prepare basic financial reports and statements
Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures
Assist with audit preparation and documentation
Maintain organized filing of financial records
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding accounting documents
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
