Role:
* Should have accounting background
* Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software may be required.
* Should have working experience in the real estate field.
* The required applicant must be female.
* Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Tasks and Duties:
* Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
* Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure efficient performance.
* The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize the work using tools, like Google Drive, MS Office Tools like, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and office equipment.
* Must be proficient with property portals [Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle], CRM
