Accounting Manager Required in Dubai

Management of the general accounting operations and day to day finance activities of all UAE group entities.
Manage accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledger, inventory accounting, expense recognition and assist in cost accounting.
Manage 1-2 reports.
Prepare and submit timely monthly financial data, fulfilling Group reporting requirements and timetables.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions, financial control and financial reporting.
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings (including VAT) and other regulatory reporting.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls, creating a knowledge base to assist further growth; identify improvements where and when required, and communicate these across the UAE entities and the wider group.
Reconcile all balance sheet accounts and conduct a formal, timely review of those reconciliations for UAE entities each month that is submitted for the Group Financial Controller's approval.
Combine excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyse financial reports and forecasts;
Responsible for ensuring all cash and bank transactions are entered, reported and reconciled for all UAE entities.
Assist in year end statutory reporting and audits, ensuring adherence to year end Group close deadlines.
Assist in working capital management, investor reporting requirements, and ERP implementation projects.
This role may require travel from time to time.
