The Accountant will manage daily financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance with company policies. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting. This position is based on‑site, requiring regular attendance in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
Monitor internal controls and implement process improvements.
Coordinate audit schedules and provide documentation.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
