We are looking for an independent, curious, highly analytical, self-motivated Accounting Manager who will work closely with each of our startups leadership and the the venture building team to support the vast growth of hatch & boost’s portfolio

Requirements :

Experience in a venture backed startup
5-7 years of experience
Based in Dubai

Responsibilities:

* Performing and managing the monthly and quarterly close processes

* Creating and maintaining budgeting tools including budget-to actual/variance reporting, financial planning and analysis, cash flow analysis, and cost savings analysis

* Preparing Fund and Management Company financial statements

* Preparing investor communications for capital calls & funding management

* Review of portfolio companies financial data with general partners

* Managing banking, AR/AP & invoice processing

* Managing the audit and tax return preparation process, including foreign tax filings

* Managing payroll budgeting and auditing payroll for accuracy
