Accountant Required in Dubai

We are hiring an accountant for a Pharmaceutical industry client who will be handling various tasks such as managing issuance of orders and invoices, following up on collections and bank related duties including visiting banks and customers when needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit the Bank Guarantees including following these up with the Bank(s)
Preparing and submitting of all invoices to customers
Advance payment & Cash on Delivery Follow-up
Posting receipts in the system
Personal Visits to customers as and when required
Arranging documents/ Bank documents for signatures with the Sponsor/Signatory
Preparing and submitting Order Acknowledgments to Clients

Qualifications

1 to 3 years experience in accounting
Good knowledge of VAT reconciliations
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Excellent communication skills
