The Accountant is one of the important and impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. With a proper control and high organizational skills, the Accountant will manage the complete collection process and clearance of our invoice from the Customers.

Primary responsibilities

Preparation of customer invoices and updating SOA
Following up with clients on the payment status
Reviewing vendor invoices and arranging payments as per the due dates
Accounting record keeping (in box files as well scanned copies on the online folders)
Supporting head of the department with the preparation of various reports and other accounting tasks

Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting role
Structured thinking & organizational skills
Strong oral, written & verbal communication skills in English
Detail oriented
Excellent knowledge in MS-Office
Accounting related bachelor/masters preferred
Immediate joiners are preferred

Reports to: Sr. Director – Finance
