Job Description

Process supplier invoices with complete supporting documents
Supplier ledger reconciliation
Maintain payable rapports
Keeping updated records for advances and retention of sub-contractors
Bank reconciliations
Assist in the external audit
Assist in managing VAT filling and VAT refund reports
Prepare Ad hoc reports as required.
SKILLS Required

Good experience of MS Excel
Accounting knowledge
VAT knowledge
Good reporting skills
Working experience on any ERP system
Disciplined and ability to handle work pressure
Exposure to construction / properties setup is a plus
Education: Master’s in accounting / ACCA part qualified
Work: 2-3 years of work experience
