Accountant Required in Dubai

A leading International Insurance Broker looking for an accountant with minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance field.

Required skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in an insurance broker firm or insurance company
Proficient in MS excel
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English – written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Keen eye for details

Job Description:

Managing accounts receivables and payables
Managing reconciliations of accounts (Insurance Company statements, bank statements, Intercompany statements, etc.)
Processing invoices and journal vouchers
Processing timely payment of office utility bills and commissions for business development department.
Assisting with month-end closing of accounts
Handling petty cash
