Accountant Required in Dubai

Major Job Responsibilities

Responsible to mainatin financial accounts operations for group Company entities and other key accounts.
Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts, including variance analysis, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
VAT Registration, Day to Day Entries, Tax Report, Quarterly Returns.
Preparing cash / fund flow schedule for CAPEX.
Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to FC.
Review the Accounts Receivable and Payables reports on a daily basis.
Reconciliation of Outstanding Payments.
Complete overview of Balance sheet Reconciliation and disbursements as well as focus on interdepartmental and vendor relations.
Responsible for timely Weekly and Monthly MIS consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow.
Administering payrolls.
Conduct month-end and quarterly/ year-end closure.
Collect, analyze and summarize account information.
Develop periodic reports for management.
Develop financial and tax strategies.
Experience in complex data analysis and financial modeling.
Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
Coordinate Internal/External Audits, preparation of the Financial Statements and Actuarial Valuation reviews.

Skills.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in UAE.
Proficiency in English, both written and oral, strong coordination and communication skills.
Accounting related major, preferred CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA
Consistent, accurate & thorough with an eye for details and aptitude for numbers.
Tally and advanced ERP proficiency.
Trustworthy with strong business integrity and positive attitude.
Keep up with financial policies, regulations etc.
Candidates with experience workng in education sector preferred.
