We are looking for Male "Window Cleaning Team Leader" for top facility management company .

Position :- Window Cleaning Team Leader

Job essential criteria - Only Arabic Candidates , Others will be rejected .

Responsibilities

1. Ensure window cleaning is carried out in a high quality cleaning standards.

2. Ensure all machinery used on site are PAT compliance and working order

3. Ensure window cleaning chemicals on site are safe, as per MSDS and COSHH instructions

4. Ensure safety requirements is being taken, and take risk assessment for cleaning monitoring related activities

5. Able to initiate any environmental initiatives for energy saving and efficiency methods

6. Able to generate periodical reports and report any emergency maintenance fault

7. Communicating Good English language

Remuneration package

§ AED 3,125 – 3,750/

§ Annual Bonus, Annual Ticket, Annual Salary increment, Annual leave of 30 Calendar days,
