Role Overview:
Responsible for planning, directing & coordinating the call centre activities.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure consistency across programs and coordinating internally with other departments within the business.
Able to create, promote & maintain awesome employee engagement levels

Reporting:
This role reports into the Senior Manager of Contact Centre Operations.

Main Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in Complex Contact Center environments.
People focused and ability to operationalize plans.
Great communication skills.
Well organized with strong creative skills.
