Job Description
• Financial Modelling and Analysis of various Real Estate Projects.
• Feasibility Study/analysis of new projects.
• Valuing RE projects or SPVs in RE sector.
• Gathering primary data from local available sources to support the assumptions.
• Writing reports or making presentations for directors’ board presentation requirements.
• Document review for agreements/contracts/Financial report.
• Acting as Business Executive Analyst to MDs in preparing for Board Meetings for RE/other corporate bodies and support to group internal audit team as and when required.

Skills Required
• MBA (Finance) or a CFA with 8- 15 years’ experience in Real Estate or related Sector
• Thorough experience in Valuation for Real Estate Sector.
• Experienced in modeling in RE project feasibility and preparing reports/presentations.
• Project finance knowledge for RE projects especially REITs.
• Experience in supporting activities handled at board level will be an added advantage.
• Good written and oral communications skills.
• Expertise in MS Excel, PPT and other MS applications.
