I am a engineer from India, Iam Staying in a decent Arabic villa, front is Arabic villa and back side is my accommodation consisting of 1 Bed room + 1 Hall + Kitchen + 1 Toilet. My family is going on 2 year leave to take care of my parents. i want to give my 1 room to decent Muslim executive bachelor. Preferably iam looking for single person who can peacefully like in 1 Room and my self in another. However, in case of non-availability of single bachelor i will go for maximum 2 persons. No problem for parking, mosque and grocery beside my villa. very peaceful area. Location is Muhaisnah - 1 near Etihad Mall. very close to Rashidiya. Rent for Single Person complete 1 Room is 1,900 Dhs. Rent for 2 Persons will be 1,000 Dhs each x 2 = 2,000 Dhs. Decent and serious persons with dedication of atleast 1 year can contact. otherwise please dont waste mine and yours time.
