JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Capability to perform repetitious duties.
Capability of working in a high pressured environment.
Performing other reasonable job duties as assigned by direct supervisors from time to time.
Being knowledgeable about all the menu items, ingredients and recommendations.
Setting up / opening and closing the restaurant.
Explaining the daily specials / chef recommendations.
Taking order and punching them into the POS system.
Serving food and drinks.
Liaising with bartenders and runners to ensure smooth operations.
Making the guest feel at home and taken care of throughout their experience.
Taking out the empty plates, glasses and condiments after the guests have finished.
Cleaning the restaurant.
Cleaning applicable operational equipment.
Re-stocking service areas.
Re-stocking condiments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Facilitate the filling of drink orders between customers and the bar.
Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
Regularly update customers on the status of their orders.
Handle complaints from clients.
Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
