As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all the customers.

What you will do:

Welcome and greet customers and escort them to their tables
Make menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing additional information about the restaurant menu
Prepare the table by setting up linens, silverwares, and glasses
Inform the guests about the special offers and discounts, and upsell additional products when appropriate
Responsible on getting and serving food based on the customer’s orders
Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
Handles customer complaints and endorse them to the manager
Ensure speed and accuracy in serving food orders
Collect payments from the customers
Work as per duty schedule and shift
Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures
Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting your colleagues
Follow Eathos rules, regulations, and standards

Requirements

You must have two to three years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress
You must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication
You must maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness
You must have the attention to details and patience for customers
You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
You are currently located in the UAE
