An amazing opportunity has opened up in our All Day Dining restaurant Sofra BLD. The successful applicant will work as the heart and soul of the restaurant, making sure all our guests have the most curated and enjoyable experience that Shangri-La has to offer.

What will you do?

Interact with clients and understand their needs.
Guide the guest through Sofra BLD menu.
Suggest options based on the customers palate and taste.
Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
Work with Sofra BLD and Kitchen colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
